Shop owner was incredibly helpful from the start. The photo I sent her was old and poor quality so she waited several days for me to try to get another photo. When it was taking me too long to send her the photo, we decided to switch to the DIY version so she shipped the charm kit and refunded me for the difference, and it all worked out perfectly!
