Are these charms only for weddings and graduations?
Memorial charms are a great gift for any occasion. Here are just are a few of the occasions customers have shared with us why they have purchased our photo keepsakes, loss of a pet, celebration of life ceremonies, sports banquets / senior nights, prom or homecoming corsages, Bar and Bat Mitzvah, 1st communion, loss of baby, Quinceanera’s, white coat ceremonies, or just to use as a key chain, necklace or bracelet charm.
Where does my order ship from?
We are located right outside of Grand Rapids, Michigan in a quaint town called Hudsonville.
What is your turn around time?
Our orders normally ship within 48 business hours from when you place your order. There may be a slightly longer lead time during peak graduation months (April & May).
Can I ship the order to a gift recipient?
Yes! Enter your recipient's address as the shipping address on checkout. Please note that we do not include receipts with gifts sent to an address that differs from the billing address.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
If you are ordering a custom-made wedding charm it will come beautifully boxed (as seen in the video) Graduation memorial charms will come packaged in a black velvet bag.
How do you ship my order?
All orders (unless you upgrade your shipping option) will be shipped via USPS First Class mail.
Can I get my order processed faster?
At checkout, you have the option of choosing an upgraded, faster shipping option. If you need your order in less than two weeks from when you place the order, I highly suggest the Priority Shipping option. If you need it within 7 days, I suggest the Priority Express shipping.
What if I do not see the exact style I want?
Please message us and include screen shots of what you are looking to have made and we would be happy to design something for you.
Can you use handwriting , a saying or a drawing?
Yes, we can! We can create a charm with nearly anything you'd like, as long as it's in image form. We will contact you if there is any issue before completing your order. If you have a special request or need anything specific, feel free to email us at hello@weddingbouquetcharms.com before or after ordering. If you've already placed an order, please note the order number in your email.
What if my photo quality in bad?
Please do not worry about the quality of your photo. We will do out very best to use every resource we have to improve the quality of your photo for you. Here is an example of what improvements we can make.
Do you offer engraving?
We do own an engraving machine; however, I have many premade sentimental sayings to choose from or I can include a special message in your gift box if you'd like.
How do I connect my memorial charm to my bouquet?
All custom-made wedding bouquet charms (unless otherwise stated) will come on a white ribbon. We also carry an amazing selection of pins and brooches that you can add. If purchased at the same time as your photo charm, we will attach your charms for you.
How do I connect my Graduation charm to my Grad cap?
We have designed and patented a quick connect attachment. You carefully slide the hook attached to your chain and charm into the metal that is wrapped around your graduation tassel.
What if I need to add another photo charm to the set I have after I received my order?
We are happy to help you incorporate any additional charms you might need. Please message us before placing your order so we can guide you to the correct listing.
Do you provide a proof?
We are not able to provide proofs. We process more than 200 orders every day with every order handmade and timed for quick delivery. Sending proofs would significantly delay every order and increase our costs to customers. However, if there are ANY issues with your photo/s we will contact you by email prior to shipping your order Thank you for understanding.
