1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. On the Etsy app, sign in and go to You.
2. Go to Purchases and reviews.
3. Select Help with order next to the order. On the Etsy app, tap the order, then select Help with order.
4. Select Message Seller.
5. In the text box that appears
6. ~Write your full name
~ Date needed by
~ Any special Cropping instructions or changes in color to the photo/s
7.Click on Icon in the top right corner to attach your photos. You can attach 3 photos per message. If you have more than 3 photos please send them in a 2nd message.
8. Select the arrow icon or select Enter to send. The seller will be notified of the new message and can respond.
9. Once we have responded that we have your photos your order had been sent to production. NO other changes can be made to your order after receiving this message from us.
